- Developing a Community Justice Link (PDF)
A two-year Pan Canadian project to develop work-based training materials which elaborate on the Essential Skill framework with particular emphasis on oral communication, working with others, critical thinking skills and continuous learning.
Focused on the issues confronted by indiveiduals with acquired disabilities who are striving to be re-integrated into the workforce. The study explores the benefit of using Prior Learning Assessment strategies to assist individuals with acquired disabilities to re-enter the workforce.
A Pan Canadian research project focused on the needs of immigrant students in adult literacy programs. The research will consist of the development of 10 case studies in the following jurisdications: Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.
